Our Refund Policy:  Following the placement by you of your blood test order and the charge to your credit card for the amount due...as long as you have NOT YET had your blood drawn and sent to the lab...you may cancel your order (i.e., your blood draw and lab blood test) within 45 days of your order date.  However, your refund will be less $28.50 or ten percent (10%) of your order, which ever is greater of the total amount of your original charge. 

This is to help offset our expense of administration, plus the costs charged to us by your credit card company for processing your original 'charge', and then for them to later  process your refund ('credit').  (Yes, they DO charge us a fee for BOTH transactions- coming and going!)

Once your blood has been drawn by the clinic and shipped to the lab for testing, no refund can be made.  Certainly, however, if for any reason the lab is unable to process your blood specimen, you will receive a full (100%) refund for any/all test(s) not performed.

 

So, PLEASE be careful to order exactly the test or tests that you want, to avoid the fees that you would otherwise incur by making a mistake.  Honestly, we truly do not like to charge cancellations fees, but the credit card companies do not leave us much choice.
